Tammy Hydrick, IV Hydration Nurse
Tammy Hydrick, BSN, RN, HTACP, HTP, began her healthcare career as a CNA in 1979 on an Obstetrics unit and is now approaching retirement as a Hospice Nurse. She views her career as a journey marked by both beginnings and transitions. Throughout her career, Tammy has witnessed the profound impact of touch, the comfort of holding a hand, the soothing power of kind words, and the healing potential of prayer.

Tammy’s personal healing journey led her to study Healing Touch after experiencing a session herself. She believes that pure spiritual love—expressed through thought, will, and feeling—is life’s most powerful healer. Recognizing that the energy system affects overall well-being, she understands that potential illnesses often manifest in the energy field before physical symptoms appear. Energy therapy supports health by restoring harmony and balance to the energy system. As an evidence-based holistic therapy, Healing Touch is used both in healthcare and private practices. Tammy also emphasizes that the wellness of pets should not be overlooked, as Healing Touch is safe and effective, providing emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual benefits for animals.

Kim Wilkins, Bio Feedback
Kim is a certified health practitioner with Inside Out General Wellness. I have joined Healing Hands Massage Therapy to provide Biofeedback scans with Qest4 technology. These scans reveal energetic imbalances in the body. Much like an EKG or EEG scans the electrical system of the heart and brain, Qest 4 reveals imbalances in the different body systems. Qest4 helps to uncover the “why” or root cause of system imbalances and offers suggestions to restore energy and health through customized homeopathic, supplements, and nutrition. Come in and see what’s happening from the Inside Out!

Chris Rains, Brain Mapping
Chris is a board-certified Neurofeedback practitioner and QEEG expert with over 20 years of experience in Neuropsychiatry, Neurosciences, Therapeutic Education, and Counseling. As a certified Pastoral Counselor through the Georgia Board for Christian Counselors, he specializes in non-invasive alternative mental health interventions to support attention, memory, cognitive processing, and overall mental well-being. Chris lives in Douglasville with his wife, two sons, father, six cats, and one dog. In his free time, he enjoys music, genealogy, and DNA research.

Karen Tripp, Mental Health Therapist
An essential part of any wellness journey is focusing on mental health, as many physical imbalances in our bodies are connected to emotional trauma and toxic stress. Karen holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a master’s in professional counseling, with years of experience in evidence-based trauma work. Her goal is to collaborate with the Healing Hands team to enhance the healing process, offering support and guidance to help clients achieve holistic well-being.
